General Terms

1. CyberFilters will suspend any server that is being used to run a website or web hosting
2. This agreement is between the client and CyberFilters , and it should be fully read . In case of signing the contract or making an order online , you're fully agree on the terms in this agreement.
3. CyberFilters does not monitor content, but CyberFilters has the right to suspend or examine the contents of the service if any illegal activity is detected or by order of local or international authorities.
4. Using any illegal softwares or Violation of intellectual property rights Authorizes CyberFilters to suspend the service upon a formal complaint until the client solve the issue.
5. We only sell servers and our technical support team is only responsible for server problems that we get from us
6. CyberFilters will suspend any service participating in DOS/DDOS attack until resolving the issue.
7. CyberFilters will not compensate or refund any client for his suspended/terminated service due to DOS/DDOS attacks.
8. CyberFilters is not responsible about any financial or emotional damage resulting of suspension/termination of a service due to DOS/DDOS attacks.
9. Sending spam emails Authorizes CyberFilters to suspend the service upon a formal complaint.
10. Participating in an attack on other servers or being under attacke Authorizes CyberFilters to suspend the service until solving the problem.
11. Publishing malwares,attack softwares or unethical content autherize CyberFilters to suspend the service untill solving the problem.
12. In case of exceeding the service monhly bandwidth limit , the service will be suspended untill the begining of the next month , and it's the client responsibility to monitor his service monthl bandwidth usage from his control panel . And incase the client would like to have extra monthly bandwidth , he should contact CyberFilters sales team.
13. All payments are for requested services and not refundable or used for other services for any reason.
14. In monthly billing cycle , an invoice reminder will be sent to the client before 5 days of the invoice due date.
15. In quarterly billing cycle , an invoice reminder will be sent to the client before 10 days of the invoice due date.
16. In semi-annually billing cycle , an invoice reminder will be sent to the client before 15 days of the invoice due date.
17. In annually billing cycle , an invoice reminder will be sent to the client before 30 days of the invoice due date.
18. Invoice overdue autherize CyberFilters to suspend the service untill the invoice payment placed.
19. Invoice overdue autherize CyberFilters to suspend and even terminate the service unless the payment placed, and the client has no right to ask for any data or backups.
20. All charged related to the requested service considered prepaid charges , and CyberFilters will not be considered responsible for any loss or damage resulting of terminating the service after the service period ends and the client didn'r renew it.
21. CyberFilters has the right to reject any service order for a person,group or a company without specifying the reasons , also CyberFilters has the right to terminated any service with many complains on it.
22. The client has the right to ask for the service details once the service invoice has been paid in fully and a reciept has been sent to CyberFilters accounting Dept. In case of wire transfer payment type.
23. All paid amounts are not refunable , and the client can't replace any service with another one.
24. CyberFilters undertakes the privacy of the client personal details unless has been requested formally by a governmental institute .
25. CyberFilters will sent the service details to the client email address registered in the system , and it's the client responsibility to secure this details and CyberFilters is not responsible about any damage may happen for the client due to loss of this details from his side.
26. All whom order a service considered clearing CyberFilters  responsibilities from any legal prosecution, damage or loss caused by his use of the service , also agrees to bears the complete Judicial,financial and ethical caused by his use of the service. And CyberFilters will not Indemnite any client about any kind of loss caused from a governmental decisions (local or international ) against the client .
27. CyberFilters has the complete right to add,modify or delete and term of this agreement at anytime, and the client has to keep updated to this change even has not been notified.

Hosting terms

1. CyberFilters assumes that the content and use of the shared hosting managed by the clients are legal , and any complaint against any content gives CyberFilters the complete right to suspend the server concerned and notify the concerned client to resolve the problem to unsuspend that service . Such cases includes :
   • Publishing secret information or “not for publish “ data.
   • Publishing copyrighted data .
   • Anything threating or harming a person or a group.
   • Providing fake data or services .
   • Publishing viruses or any malware.
   • Anything related to hacking or spying other websites .
   • Installing any script may affect the host server performance ( proxy , mass email )
   • Any fishing websites or pages.
2. CyberFilters has the complete right to remove a complete or part of the service content if classified as illegal or against the service terms and conditions.
3. Overloading the server resources threats your service to be suspended.
4. The technical support not including installing or supporting softwares or hacks installed.
5. In case the client server has been hacked , it's not CyberFilters responsibility to resolve the problem or specifying the cause of the hacking unless it was through a server level threat.
