(General Terms)

1. CyberFilters Company has the right to suspend any server that is used to operate public websites without authorization.
2. This agreement is between the client and CyberFilters Company, and it must be read in full. By ordering or using the service, the client is considered to have fully agreed to all terms of this agreement.
3. CyberFilters does not continuously monitor content, but it has the right to inspect or suspend the service if any illegal activity is suspected or upon request from the competent authorities.
4. Using the service to launch or participate in any outgoing denial-of-service attacks (DDoS/DoS) is prohibited, and CyberFilters has the right to suspend the service immediately in case of violation.
5. CyberFilters shall not be liable for any compensation or refund for services suspended as a result of abuse or participation in attacks.
6. CyberFilters shall not be liable for any material or moral damages resulting from suspension or termination of the service due to abuse or attacks.
7. Installing any unlicensed software or violating intellectual property rights authorizes CyberFilters to suspend the service upon receiving an official complaint until the issue is resolved.
8. CyberFilters has the right to suspend the service in case of sending spam messages upon receiving a valid complaint.
9. CyberFilters has the right to suspend the service immediately if it is used to carry out attacks against other systems or to generate malicious traffic from the server.
10. CyberFilters has the right to suspend the service if it contains malware, hacking tools, or any destructive content.
11. CyberFilters has the right to inspect the content of the service in case of violation of any of the terms.
12. The server will be delivered within a period ranging from one to seven business days depending on workload, and some servers may be delivered instantly.
13. If the specified bandwidth usage limit is exceeded, the service may be suspended until the beginning of the next billing cycle, and the client is responsible for monitoring usage.
14. All amounts paid for services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
15. For monthly billing, a reminder will be sent 5 days before the due date.
16. For quarterly billing, a reminder will be sent 10 days before the due date.
17. For semi-annual billing, a reminder will be sent 15 days before the due date.
18. For annual billing, a reminder will be sent 30 days before the due date.
19. CyberFilters has the right to suspend the service temporarily in case of late payment until payment is received.
20. Late payment may lead to permanent termination of the service, and there is no guarantee of retaining data after cancellation.
21. All fees are considered prepaid, and the company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to renew the service.
22. CyberFilters has the right to refuse or terminate any service for any client without stating the reasons.
23. The client has the right to receive the service details after full payment has been confirmed.
24. All paid amounts are non-refundable and cannot be replaced or exchanged.
25. Service details are sent to the registered email address, and the client is responsible for keeping them secure.
26. The company undertakes not to disclose the client’s information unless requested by official authorities.
27. The client bears full responsibility for the use of the service, and the company shall not be liable for any legal or financial consequences resulting from such use.
28. The company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from governmental decisions or legal actions against the client.
29. The company has the right to amend these terms at any time, and the client is responsible for keeping up with any updates.

Hosting Terms:

1. CyberFilters assumes that all hosted content is legal, and any complaint may lead to suspension of the service until the issue is resolved. This includes:
   1. Content that violates morals or values.
   2. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other systems.
   3. Publishing confidential or prohibited information.
   4. Publishing copyrighted content without authorization.
   5. Any content that causes harm or threat.
   6. Fraudulent services or materials.
   7. Publishing viruses or malicious software.
   8. Any activity related to hacking or spying.
   9. Scripts that affect server performance (such as Proxy or bulk mailing).
   10. Phishing websites or pages.
2. The company has the right to remove any violating content, whether partially or entirely.
3. Excessive use of server resources may lead to suspension of the service, and any attempt to compromise the server may expose the client to legal liability.
4. The maximum email sending limit is 1000 messages per day, and anything above that will be blocked.
5. Technical support does not include issues related to scripts or installed software.
6. In the event that the website is compromised, the company shall not be responsible unless the cause was from the server itself.
7. Backups may be created, but the company does not guarantee their integrity unless agreed upon in advance.
8. Technical support is limited to hosting and domain-related matters only.
9. A backup may be requested provided that there are no overdue financial dues.
10. Backups are deleted after a limited period, and no claim may be made for them after that period.

Server Terms:

1. CyberFilters guarantees network connectivity except in cases of maintenance, external outages, or misuse, and the server is considered online if it responds to (Ping).
2. CyberFilters guarantees continuous power supply except in cases beyond its control.
3. Hardware parts will be replaced within two days from opening the support ticket, and this does not include operating system or software installation.
4. All (IP) addresses remain the property of the company and may not be transferred or sold.
5. Hosting VPN services is prohibited in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
